"As it is my first stay, i am very recommended for this stay. Very comfy and silences. Rather than the hotel i've staying before, the surrounding is middle of the city. Get easiest to go anyway by taking public transport (bus,grab) also KTM. "Numerous shop at neighbourhood for eatery and very convenient. Even bank and clinic/drug store is nearby. Neighbour is noisy open karaoke eatery, room was smelly, bathroom curtain had mold and bathroom door broken, they couldn't fix it so change another room for me after second day.
