I was a bit disappointed though by the lack of “fitness centre” or gym, one of the reasons I booked this place, but there are gyms with a day pass nearby in walking distance (very expensive though)."

"Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again."

I have actually stayed at the Jervois a number of years ago and the place I usually stay at was unavailable. Well I think I will be coming back the Jervois.
Typically when you revisit a place you run the risk of seeing how it has declined but this was the exact opposite. It was even better than before.
