"Hotel on top of a Mall, lot of shops (mostly electronics, sport and fashion) a lot of eating options. Staff very friendly and professional. Room was spotless, the bed maybe a little hard (personal preference, not bad in any way). "

"This hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful. Large selection of food available in restaurant. Twin rooms are small and a it cramped compared to other hotel chains. Room servicing is good. A minor disappointment is the complimentary teas coffees etc. Only a few items and for a twin room considerably less than in a single of other chains. Room service will bring more, but it's a pain to have to ask a few times a day. Hotel is well positioned for a metro ride from airport 30 mins and is a good base for local attractions. Evening light show at bay and son et Lumiere in the gardens are a must see. "

"The laundry service was top notch and done with care and delivered at the promised time. We felt the cleanliness of the room went downhill towards the end of our 8 days stay. Hotel room floor was not vacuumed, bath towels left folded on the bed rather than hung up towards end of our stay which felt disappointing. But overall, we had a great time at this hotel! "

The hotel is very busy because of the great location. Front desk staff Reva was extremely pleasant and helpful. The concierge team, especially Raman and Rajah are excellent!"
