"Hotel itself is excellent with great buffet breakfast and helpful staff. However, there were some minor issues that need addressing: 1. Pillows provided had a musty smell that permeated the pillow cover. 2. Shower door did not close fully, allowing water to seep out. One more thing that is probably out of the hotelโs control, it would be great if someone could reopen the mall next door. Otherwise, thereโs nothing much to do in the vicinity."

"Puri Melaka interior is gorgeous and like a peranakan museum! Its location is spot on. All the touristy venues, eateries and shopping areas are within walking distance. The hotel standard room is immaculate, clean and well maintained, however its bathroom is tiny. Breakfast is ok and nothing negative to mention. I will consider staying here when I am visiting Melaka again."

"The hotel is well-situated near some quaint coffee shops & sarabat shops with authentic Malaysian food. ๐๐ Thereโre stalls which open at night too. The hotel staff are all cheery & very helpful. I had called Housekeeping for an extra firm pillow & it was delivered in less than 10 minutes. ๐ซ Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety & it is of good quality as well. The laksa is a must-try!! โค๏ธโ๐ฅ All in all, a wonderful stay here!! ๏คฉHighly recommended!! ๐"

"Had a really good stay at Courtyard by Marriott Melaka, check in was a breeze, the front office staffs are very friendlt, the room was clean and spacious, bathroom for the city view king bed had a bathub in it, strong water pressure from the showers, buffet breakfast was good too, enjoyed the pastries and coffee from the espresso machines. Their room service โat your serviceโ was great, requested a firmer pillow and they delivered. Will definately return to this hotel if in Melaka."
