"Started on a rough note, front desk gave us the wrong keys to the room (58th floor) after waiting an hour to check in, our two reservations were supposed to be combined at check in and they failed to do that for us. MGM/Mandalay Bay resort is getting extremely cheap on their return customers… no complimentary water or coffee in the room. Come on!! Everyone offers at least a crappy cup of coffee. The mini bar and items on the desk can’t be moved without being charged. For the money… $400-500 that...
