Really an asset to have people like her around. I have repeated this hotel & it’s always a pleasure staying with them."

"While the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a facelift the location is A++. Breakfast buffet is a bit lacking relative to other nearby hotels I’ve stayed at but great value for money nonetheless. The staff were really nice especially those working the breakfast shift. "

"The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. The rooms and hall are spacious and the location of the apartment is quite good, with Top 100 and some eateries within walking distance. The price is...

"Hotel. Com please remove this hotel from the list because it’s disgusting and very dirty. Seem like the bed covers and converters never been washed for more then 6 months, drews mark and blood mark on it. I have to walked out from the hotel lost my payment and slept in others place."

"Bad Points: ts a very old and rundown 3 level hotel. Its really cheap like $23 - $35 per night. Be prepared to hear loud music after 12mn till 3am. No sound proof room. Can hear very loud n clear for passerby outside your room. Good points : Walkable to Batam city Square and Grand Batam mall. There are famous Lapis No 1, many foodcourt below or opposite the hotel. There is a wet market just beside the hotel. There is a A2 foodcourt with varieties food selection. Excellent : HOTEL...
