3rd time back for Staycation...Four Seasons never disappoint us. Thank you

The stay was excellent and the hotel service is top class. Enjoyed our stay and definitely we will be back again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Citadines. It was clean and the location was quiet. The facilities are nice and the staff are really nice too. Will come back!

Service is great and efficient. The checkout staff noticed my dissatisfaction as I was waiting a tad bit long and gave me a box of chocolate upon checkout. Few things to note: AC is motion sensored, it can get hot at night when no motion is detected. Phone network is cut off as soon as you enter the room and am “forced” to use the hotel wifi instead. TV keeps turning off by itself when changing channels. Check in counter and concierge can have more staff during peak check in and check out hours....

Staff is friendly and the room services is fast.inly trade off is that it is not near the attraction

Overall stay was great with slight glitch with wifi connectivity. Villas showing signs of wear and tear.

A truly magic experience in the Sentosa island! Top notch services, impeccable clean room, outstanding panoramic view of the island from the infinity pool, definitely a great place to relax and enjoy!

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

Kem is super wonderful. She made us feel so special. We went for a staycation to celebrate my husband's birthday. The mini surprise balloons n snacks n small cakes etc were so sweet and thoughtfully planned. My 2 kids felt like VIPs checking in at the counter by themselves and Kem also surprised the both of them with age appropriate goodie bags! The items in the bag were super useful as well! The only difficulty is not much of halal certified food. We cannot accept no pork no lard label please.

Outlook of hotel and hotel room is comforting and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Near monorail and eateries, food is 5min walk or monorail ride away.

Very nice staff

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and love the space so much. nothing to shout for the view as opposite were just a condo. The staffs were helpful and granted me an extended check out timing. Location wise, it's opposite Star Vista where it's a plus plus for food choices. The only cons will be (1) the bathroom at the king bedroom has no shelf to put the body wash and etc which is inconvenient. (2) when I stepped in, the floor seems dusty, other then that, I had a pleasant rest at the accomodation.

Perfect staycation getaway! Picturesque location, superb room, pleasant service, great food & relaxing spa. Bliss!
