He beautifully handled us and made sure we got the rooms that we booked and desired for. During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful buffet breakfast. Upon our check out, Liza had been exceptionally helpful. She allowed us extra time to check out and made sure we had enough time to gather ourselves before we checked out of our rooms.
