"Hotel staff was extremely helpful and our room was perfect! So quiet and clean.
I loved the extra blanket in the closet because my room temperature is different from my husband idea room temperature.
The breakfast was the absolute BEST BREAKFAST we have ever had hands down!!
We also rode the shuttle to and from Universal Studios which made our trip a breeze!

"Honestly the only problem my wife and I found was that when I scanned the QR code in the elevator and pulled up the menu it said there would be omlets available for breakfast. Every morning when we went down there were no omlets so that was disappointing."

"Great for easy access to universal studios on courtesy buses providdd.
Great to have a Starbucks coffee at the hotel as well.
Easy walking distance to various dining options as the food in the courtyard restaurant not that great and expensive.
Pool is great and overall a great place to stay. Helpful staff and clean"
"I didn’t like the smell to the room it smelled alittle moldy … the bed was amazing the shower was okay … the lady in the front when we checked in was not friendly at all didn’t give my husband eye contact at all didn’t tell us anything about WiFi… the pool was okay it was dirty the kid area wasn’t working …"
