There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. "

The hot water in the rooms were only available for the morning hours of 6-10am, so we could not even use the room to refresh ourselves after checking in!
