"Perfect location, with 5 minutes walk to the Thames riverside and 5 minutes to M&S Food. The breakfast offers a surprisingly wide choices with fresh baked pastry (they are actually warm); for family with children there is laundry and dryer machine on B1 with credit card payment. It's also 10 minutes walk to Blackfriars station where you can take Thameslink to Gatwick airport, or an hour train to Cambridge for a day trip. Bus 381 takes you to Tower bridge and Borough market with a short ride; also takes you to London eye with a short ride where my kids really enjoyed the Jubilee Garden playground and the water splash at Southbank Center."

"Very clean hotel. Helpful staff. About a 1.5 mile walk from London Bridge. Otherwise transportation is fairly convenient. Ubers usually arrive within 5 to 10 minutes. The Duck and Waffle (not in the hotel but a quick walk across the street) is a fun place for brunch and has great views of the city."

"We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Our interaction with staff was pleasant. The hotel was within walking distance of major tube stations like the Bank, Monument, and Liverpool Street Stations, restaurants, and places of interest. A few things to note: - We were in the one bedroom apartment on the third floor. Although there were two windows, both windows faced high walls. This resulted in very limited natural light within the apartment. In addition, the paint on the walls was dark which made the appearance of the room even darker. - The bathroom was also not as bright as expected. There was one lightbulb that was out. We called reception but it turned out to be a sensor bulb that stays off. - The air freshener or cleaning chemicals were a bit strong and could be an issue for people who are sensitive to strong fragrances. The smell was especially noticeable in the lobby and elevators of the building. We would stay here again but in a room with a city view and if the fragrance was not as strong as we were quite sensitive to the smell."
