"The rooms are small but incredibly well designed. I love the customizable colors for the glass shower wall and the huge drawer under the bed where I could store my full-size suitcase opened flat for easy access to everything. I also appreciated a small but useful desk."

"Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There was lots of fruit but also bacon and sausages, cheese, scrambled eggs, waffles, and salad. It was simple food but there was plenty, it was well presented, and the staff kept things replenished and tables continuously cleared. The scrambled eggs I think were reconstituted which was okay but I thought worth mentioning. The room was very clean and well thought out. Lots of places to hang and put things and stay organized. Our “view” was of an inner outside mechanical area. We appreciated the natural light but could only see other hotel windows. The area is great. Very close to the Aldgate East tube station and many restaurants. Would stay again though would try for a room with a view if staying longer than a night. Overall a very good experience. "

From our experience with the front desk staff (shout out to Rob for ensuring we had the best view on our first visit to London), the cozy room, excellent restaurant, and friendly greeters each time we walk into the hotel, the Saint Hotel is just perfect. I can’t wait to go back!"
