"This Kyoto hostel completely overturned my impression of local accommodations being typically cramped. Very clean and comfortable. High-quality beddings. The living room was surprisingly spacious—easily accommodating our big group with over ten large suitcases! Located near Fushimi Inari Shrine and Tofukuji Temple, it was very peaceful at night. We had brought thick bedding, worried that Kyoto might be cold, but the rooms were extremely comfortable. "The room was great and the staff was so helpful! Everything was kept so clean, and we were traveling with family so each group having their own room was excellent. Coffee and sake in the lobby was a plus too!"

"Great hotel in an ideal location. A staff member met us and took us to our room to check us in. The unit had two bedrooms and a large living room area for eating and television. Beautiful room. Great location next to a scenic temple. We had the breakfast in our room. It was tasty and a reasonable price. I highly recommend it! "

"The house was great and in perfect condition.
Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful.
Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.

"This was one of my best experiences traveling to Kyoto. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. All the amenities were conveniently located, and we easily found everything we needed.
We were traveling with our 1-year-old child, and having an entire house to ourselves—including space to store a stroller, a tatami room, and a proper bathroom—made our trip especially comfortable and enjoyable."

"Excellent hotel- stylish clean rooms with lovely shower. We paid more for the executive room with lounge access. This provided delicious food cocktails, beer wine etc for avo& evening"
"Everything was done and prepared exceptionally well. Although the room we stayed in wasn’t large, the shower, amenities, staff and layout was perfect. Highly recommend!"
"We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained. It’s also within walking distance to Universal Studios, which made everything so convenient.
The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I especially appreciated how helpful they were when I needed a last-minute cab ride to the airport — they arranged it quickly and made the process stress-free.
I will definitely come back and book here again. Highly recommended!"
