I witnessed some young ladies being extremely entitled and rude about a table that was "theirs" being given away and she handled it courteously. The front desk staff were very nice, always smiling. The elevators were a little annoying, sometimes not moving, even when we would scan the cards multiple times. The room we were in would not cool down in the bedroom but was fine in the kitchen area down the hall. Appreciated that there was a laundry room for free, but be prepared for long waits to use the machines."
