"Great Hotel near Heathrow. Convenient & excellent in every way. Staff were there consistently (we never had to wait even 2 minutes for staff to greet us & ask what they could do for us), for each of our requests except the wake up call didn’t ever arrive. No matter, we’d set a phone alarm! We had a great dinner in the bar, did not try their breakfast as we left early for the airport. Would stay again. "

"We stayed here before a flight. The staff were very nice and the eating options were good. There is a pool, sauna, steam room and gym which we made use of. If staying overnight before a flight again then I will definitely stay here. "

"Modern hotel but like another garden inn at another London airport the temperature is messed up - the whole property is way too hot (25°+ I think) and in room AC is actually too cold. Comforters are too thin and pillows are useless - way too thin. 2 bars on site - good. 5-min walk to T2, so convenient for early morning flight. "

"We booked a non refundable stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t stay, we contacted the hotel through the chat box on the booking twice, they didn’t respond, we then contacted hotels.com who after explaining to to them contacted the hotel who said they didn’t receive any message and under any circumstances it is non refundable. We were not looking for a refund, we were being polite and letting them know we were unable to come so they could use the room if required. I’ve never had an issue with the chat box before with replies, but this time? To deny they have received them when I have proof, like I said time and time again, we weren’t looking for a refund, just acknowledgment."

"A great place close to Heathrow airport for an overnight stay before flying. Very comfortable, clean rooms. Quality shower, soft towels and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast is available for a very reasonable cost and offers a wide range of foods all good quality. We enjoyed our short stay and would book again. Transport options are available at the hotel door. "
