"The resort and service are truly 5-star in every way! Our suite was nestled in the top of a rainforest - with minkeys coming over to our infinity pool for a visit! The suite itself was large, beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The amenities are superb. The staff is excellent- they note your preferences and keep them in mind. Their restaurant service is based on attention to detail - Gusnadi and his team are wonderful. Thank you, team - we will visit again! "

"This was by far the best hotel stay we have had in a long while. Where to start - the staff are all amazing. Kind, caring, made us feel special. We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice! The hotel manager Marco was beyond lovely - so nice to have a chat and made us feel so welcomed and special! Thank you Marco! I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you! Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again. BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special. We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year! OH AND THE KIDS CLUBS - beautiful ladies! So kind, always so happy to see our girls!
