"Ordered a non-smoker room. Got a room in an apartment owned by a heavy smoker. All my belongings smelled like old cigarettes after a short while. Not possible to lock the door to the room and the only window was a skylight window straight over the bed. Hence, ventilation only possible when good weather. "

"We got in very late and had to use flashlights to find our way around the property. It was a lot of back-and-forth, but we found our way. The room was nice and big and quiet, but the bathroom was tiny. Luckily, we are both smaller people. There were a lot of long hairs on the bedding, which made it seem unclean, but I'm sure it was just the bed-maker and we didn't let it bother us. "No check in data at 18.00! Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. Funny experience."
