The city doesn't get much closer to this hotel! 5 star location, 5 star check in, the guys on the desk were incredibly nice to me and it was so quick. The only thing that was annoying, and that's on expedia was it had parking and the phone number to this hotel is Perth so there was a bit of confusion when i called up. So that's on expedia, not the hotel

The hotel isn't 5 star and doesnt claim to be. However it is clean, comfortable and conveniently located in the city and to transport and I will be more than happy to stay there on my next visit to Sydney.

Easy checkin and out, pleasant staff. Good clean renovated private bathroom. Locatiin good, Closeness to Chinatown, Haymarket light rail acrods the road. Mattress needs improving, sheets while appearing laundered need to be chkd for stains, spots, or replaced. Overall happy.

At Xmas time we asked to stay in room 619, didn't happen; this time we asked to stay in room 619, again didn't happen. On both occasions put in 618, 2metre high balcony and both times littered with leaves and not clean. Asked management for a broom as I would clean myself, but management said it would be attended to...didn't happen; Look after your regular customers !!!!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff and service were good. An inexpensive breakfast was available at the hotel. The city L was only a block from the hotel, so that made navigating around easy

Bathroom very clean. Room rather shabby. Don’t expect to open curtains as looks out to back of hotel and other rooms. Coffee in room not drinkable - very poor quality. Staff extremely pleasant.

As a solo female traveller I found the location and hotel very safe. The tram/light rail was opposite the hotel and central station 5 mins walk. The room was large enough although a bit dated. But would recommend for all the othet advantages - location, staff and nice bar/restaurant on site.

We stayed due to the locality of darling harbour,. The tram station is right across the road. And quick walk into Chinatown.
Great food and rooms were clean and staff are an asset. Will definitely be back
