Great location, good view from my room, friendly staff and warm reception. I had originally booked for a night’s stay but ended up staying a few days more.

Unbeatable location, amazing views, recently refurbished apartment with good amenities. We requested and received a baby cot and high chair which was appreciated. Some minor issues: a bit of road noise, apart from clearing trash and changing towels we didn't get much housekeeping service. Overall a good stay and would certainly return.

We booked here as we arrived on a early flight in morning and needed somewhere to sleep and have a shower. Was perfect great bed, bathroom fine staff very accommodating and helpful and a great location- quite basic but for somewhere to sleep for a few hours I highly recommend.

Very friendly staff， clean room ， nice kitchen. Got few supermarkets in the mall. The mall is just near the hotel very convenient. Location bit remote so very quiet.

Great location, spacious rooms and views. Having the Botanic Gardrns across the road & Opera House within walking distance made it special.

The cafe on the ground floor is excellent for drinks and dinner.

staff were amazing

The toilet no hook.. the towel nowhere to hang.. there is no face towel provided. Bed a bit soft.. no lift so elderly a bit dificult to climb up.. but in general it is spacious.. and price is reasonable.. so still recommended.
