Room 27 was dirty and tired looking. The kitchenette was sticky, oily, and greasy. We had to wipe down all surfaces before using.

Cobwebs across the entire ceiling, gunk in the sink plug, toys under the bed and a cupboard door literally hanging off. I had a three night stay and despite hanging the door sign, the room was not made up once.

The Inn provided a bunk bed for 2 kids to use. When looking underneath the top bunk we could see that the metal support securing it was broken and the bed was only supported by thin slats. The kids ended up sharing the queen bed and I used the bottom bunk.

We paid $120pn for two nights. The room was so bad we asked about a better room. We were given the disabled unit for no extra charge plus extra milk and biscuits. Ho hum. The first room had a coat and dirty towel in the robe, mould on the outside of the fridge, not vaccumed recently, breakfast rations ordered the nighht before were out of date - only by a week, all second-hand looking furniture , cooler was beyond its capacity, mouldy shower curtain outside the step into the shower so water was outside. The disabled room was not really any cleaner but better. Mouldy shower curtain on a rusty rod. Door to bathroom was off its runners and difficult to operate. Electrical wiring in both rooms was a bit 'iffy' and I am sure would not meet regulations. When I booked online, each motel I looked at in the area said only one or two units available, so hurredly booked to make sure we had a bed. Onsite, the motel was mostly vacant.

Mould on the curtains and around the windows, long black hair between the sheets. Basin not clean and soap in the bottom of the toilet. Staff were nice and the pool was clean however I wouldn’t go back

Dirty rooms had to ask for cleaning wipes as it was so dusty and dirty they gave us a dry cloth. Smelt dusty and mouldy with mould on ceiling. Door to bathroom wouldn’t slide properly, beds uncomfortable and cups and spoon were filthy had to wash them with shampoo paid 180 per night, not worth even a hundred per night

Room fittings are dated and in need of upgrading, but for the price we paid, we were happy for one night. Pool is showing its age. However, it was quiet with little road noise despite being on Princes Highway. Plenty of parking. Would stay again. .

Slumming it.
You get what you pay for I guess as far as appliance or furniture. The rooms are old and outdated. The outside lighting meant the room was lit up like daylight all night. The bathroom was revolting. Wouldn’t take much to vacuum and I don’t think the floor has ever seen a mop. The place smelt like bleach but I think the cleaner just tips it down the drain. The bathroom mirror was off the wall and stuck behind the taps which made them difficult to turn on. Thank fully the linen was all clean and in good nick but only because it would seem that the linen service is outsourced. The pool was nice and clean and the area was great to have on a hot day. The whole place needs to spend some money and give it some TLC. I’ve stayed at better for a lot less

Executive Room was spacious, excellent bed and linen, large bathroom. Would have liked a microwave in the room, teaspoons, clean mugs, water glasses and an extra toilet roll. Was very noisy during the night with one resident playing TV at full volume and another practising a guitar. Both after midnight. Room, while clean, could have been maintained better as overdue for an upgrade. Most economical for the area and served the purpose for our visit. Parking directly outside.

Property was clean and tidy including the swimming pool. Only criticism was that the restaurant menu in visitor's guide was out of date - menu items had changed and of course so had the prices.

Absolutely horrible hotel. This property contained bed bugs and the staff were not helpful in finding a solution to this situation. I would never recommend staying here.

Facilities are old and worn. The wardrobe door is nearly falling off the hinge. The Formica surface on one side of the wash basin had peeled off. The shower curtain is so rusty that rust is snowing down when the curtain is drawn. The rollers on the bathroom door rattle so loudly that we fear to use for fear of waking up the neighbours. The room we had had a broken window frame and it cannot be shut locked. I almost cut my hand on the bear glass edge of that window when first tried to shut the window, after realising that it was fully open for over a day since we checked in. On the friday night of our stay, we came back after dinner and could not find a proper parking spot. Ended having to park in a very tight spot against a far wall. It was lucky that the driver is shinny enough to squeeze himself out of the tight spot.

Dreadfully overpriced. Broken tap fittings, broken tiles, ancient food warmer directly under cupboards, sagging foam rubber mattress. Nothing to wash & dry plates, cups, cutlery in kitchenette if extended stay, with no room cleaning. Zero security, no window latches. Ratio of price to standard makes it grossly overpriced.

locks on windows missing with damaged screens, and badly damaged lightswitch potentially able to be shocked. Generally to whole fitout, finishes and furniture very old and in poor condition and damaged. Overpriced for what you get. :(

Spa was filthy. Tried using it and dirt came out of the jets. Condom wrappers under the bed. Pull out sofa mattress was filthy! Have tried speaking to the manager three times to be told he’s not there… every time!
