Dear Arena Hotel Management,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the conditions of the Room 118 during my recent stay at Arena Hotel, from 16/09/23-17/09/23. I have attached pictures to this email to provide a visual representation of the issues I encountered.
To say that I was appalled by the state of the room would be an understatement. The pictures will illustrate the following major issues:
Hygiene: The room was not properly cleaned. I found empty bottles, a disused curdled milk bottle, and the bathroom was particularly unclean, with visible stains and grime.
Maintenance: Several items in the room were in a state of disrepair. The shower curtain was mouldy and brown, the carpets were filthy and stained with cigarette burns in places, and the furniture showed signs of wear and tear.
Safety Concerns: Some of the electrical outlets appeared to be outdated were loose. This is a serious safety hazard that should not be overlooked.
Unpleasant Odors: The room had an unpleasant, musty odor that persisted throughout my stay.
I must emphasize that this experience was far from what I expected from my stay, and not only marred my trip but also left a lasting negative impression. I believe that the quality of service your establishment is not indicative of your usual standards.
