We’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn several times and enjoy the convenience to the city. We stayed one night this time straight off a long flight and the room was large, modern and comfortable, and check in took under 3 minutes, just what we needed after traveling.
Front desk staff were lovely and helpful. Housekeeping are not doing their job. Way too much mould in the bathroom for a 4 star hotel. Empty sugar packets left on the cupboard and empty milk containers on the fridge.
I liked the staff, always friendly and polite;
I was disappointed with absence of dumbbell weights in the gym, also fitness equipment was not working properly (leg machine).
The breakfast was disorganised, 1 coffee machine out of 2 was out of service 4 days in a row; the counters with the food were poorly accessible. And scrambbled eggs were just a joke - always an overcooked mess. For 4 star hotel the service and amenities were really bad and over all stay was overpriced. I would tell I had a 3 star experience in your hotel, and, unfortunatelly, not IHG level at all. Wish you to improve your place!
