Manager was friendly on arrival and the room was clean neat and tidy but floors were polished concrete and room was tiny with no coffee or tea making facilities. Room was very noisy from trains running all night and other guests coming in during the night so unable to get any sleep.

It was a beautiful space. The beds were clean and so comfortable. The staff were incredibly pleasant I would recommend this place to everybody.

Loved the space and proximity to the soccer stadium. Trains were very noisy so ear plugs are advised. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family, comfortable beds and kitchen a bonus. The floor was dirty in corners so house keeping needs to be increased, otherwise perfect and a great price for the city

my partner and I will use hotel hacienda from time to time as it’s the most convenient location to be for our visits to Sydney - it’s clean, the beds are soft and comfy, it’s convenient as hell with a short walk to Redfern station and it’s incredibly budget friendly. The prices on weekends are a bit of a rort but you literally will not find a place cheaper in Sydney over a weekend that is this close to everything. Staff are lovely and usually let us check in early if it’s a weekday or a Friday - we’ll be back many many many more times as the years rolls by.

Really lovely staff, good communication and a funky budget hotel. Love the Spanish vibe! Comfy beds, hot showers with good water pressure. Central location, good hotel for a short stay. I've stayed twice in the past two weeks and will book again.

A great landing spot for a night. Room was teeny tiny but the bed was so comfortable. The hotel decor is so awesome and they have done a great job styling to make the space feel airy and larger than it is. The hotel is on a busy road and on a train line but that does make it convenient as it’s close to Redfern station and close to bars and cafes. Central is only a 10 min walk away, too. A bit of a shame the taco restaurant has closed as there were no options for a drink or snack in the lobby. You’re not going to want to stay here for a luxury staycation but as far as location, affordability and convenience goes, we’ll stay again.

When booking the hotel, it was clearly stated that there was available parking (nothing about having to reserve or pay extra) which is what other hotels normally state. We had to park a 20 minute walk away from the hotel due to limited space. Place was also dirty and needs a good scrub. Very very small for the amount of money too.

Basic hotel with small rooms, however it suited my needs for an over night stay. The sign on the hotel outside said its up for sale, I would stay again if its still around
