Good value for money stay
Whilst the first impressions were not great but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink prices very reasonable for Sydney and location was good for us. Paint peeling a bit in the bathroom but otherwise very tidy.

The staff here at Regents Park were happy to accommodate you, but you declined. We made multiple attempts to accommodate your needs and even offered many solutions but to no avail. As you requested for cancellation, we even tried you to transfer to another hotel for the inconvenience you have had as requested but with no success. For successful cancellation and refund, we have informed you that you should contact directly to the booking company as we only charge guests upon check-in and through a virtual card that the booking company has provided. We even tried contacting the booking company to cancel your booking and help with a refund but we could not reach them. We here at Regents Park apologize for the parking situation, if we were contacted and asked for parking we would have been happy to help you and give you all the information regarding parking. The staff were excellent and friendly, knowledgeable and kind however my room had an issue with the drain in the bathroom and the noise coming from vibrations from I think a commercial fridge downstairs, made it impossible to sleep, I have also not been refunded onto my account although I was told it was processed over 4 weeks ago

It’s was such a beautiful quote area to stay in. So clean and love love love the Netflix it was a bonus the bed was super comfy and clean I was happy I would definitely come here again

After driving for 10 hours we arrived at Sydney 9:30 pm for check in and were refused to enter as we had a Victorian vaccine card and as we said we have no where to go or can we have our refund they refused to help and said go to wherever you booked it for a refund and we had to drive the 8 hours back home, never been so shocked of how rude and careless they were

This place has NO designated parking!
Most importantly, if you have a car do not come here! This traditional corner pub on a busy street has no parking lot with the only street parking having time limits! It is also not a safe area to leave a car overnight out of vision. Also there is no lift and rather steep steps associated with getting to the second floor of a pub (which is where the accommodation is). You would not want to be lugging anything more than carry on airline luggage amounts! The positives are that there is a cheap restaurant on site with good meals (but only take cash) and the room itself was very nice and newly renovated. I had chosen this hotel on the website using the filter 'parking included'. While I found a park in a back alley, I rang down to reception who confirmed that there is NO parking. So why do they advertise as such? If you are looking for accommodation in the Bankstown area, I can recommend Hume Hotel (where I have also stayed recently) which has similarly excellent rooms but available, free PARKING!
