We arrived straight from the airport at 2pm and were disappointed that our room was not available, a little inconvenient given 2 tired kids at hand. Understandably, official check-in time is at 4pm but most other hotels would be able to accomodate given there are rooms that get cleaned first. Anyways, I also chose this hotel because its relatively new and its design looked very stylish on the website. But I was very disappointed. Our room already looked worn with severe stains on the beige carpet and mildew stains around shower doors, etc, and the towels were already "off white" and rough. I was told they get a lot of tour groups which perhaps explains then speedy wear and tear.

I recently stayed at this superb hotel in Taipei, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and lovely staff who always acknowledged me when passing by. Their warmth and attentiveness truly elevated the entire experience, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk from a green line MRT station, making it easy to access all of Taipei's attractions. Despite being in the center of Taipei, it's surprisingly peaceful at night, allowing for a restful stay. The room itself was spacious with an amazing view of Taipei 101, and the design was impeccable. The free mini bar and tea/coffee amenities were a nice touch, adding to the overall comfort of the room. Additionally, the seating area on level 4 provided a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's not just a place to stay; it has a great design and soul, thanks in large part to its wonderful staff. I'll definitely be back for my next stay!

Gorgeous hotel with unique interior design. Very zen with impressive attention to details, including relaxing music playing in the common areas and a lush, green patio. Similar to W Hotel but at a fraction of the price. I don’t understand how this is a three star hotel, it’s easily 4 stars. The rooms are large and bathrooms modern, spotlessly clean. The private onsen hot springs spa was a small extra charge but worth it for the experience. One minor downside is the sound insulation could be improved. I could hear neighbors and cleaning staff outside the door, which woke me up in the morning. The curtain separating the bathroom from the bed needs to be switched to blackout, it lets some sunlight in. One of the front desk staff doesn’t speak English but most of the rest do. Service is excellent. Highly recommended! The surrounding area also has a ton of food options and is close to the MRT station.

I liked the ease of transportation and food places around the hotel. There is little privacy with the shower and toilet as the doors are glass. There is a curtain that separates but it does not help with noise. The bath is quite wonderful along with air conditioning. Breakfast is not always included and not worth paying for. The spread was not much for being charged $20 per person. We were there during a big earthquake and felt cared for. They were quick and able to assist. The hot spring is lovely. It has two tubs, a shower, and a toilet. Worth going into.

It was a high quality hotel, fancy bathroom. I think the toilet seat cover was supposed to open and close by itself and the close up bathroom mirror light didn't work, but I didn't report it. The breakfast buffet was fine

Very nice themed hotel in central Taipei. Comfortable modern room with excellent amenities. Easy transportation via bus, metro train and taxi…walkable too. Starbucks a block away! Late checkin time 4pm could be improved! Nice staff…

We stayed here on our last day in Taiwan and the experience was wonderful. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated and the hotel staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. At breakfast, the host even went out of his way to bring Taiwanese breakfast specialties to our table. Our room was modern and spacious with a shower, soaking tub, bidet toilet, and double vanity. We were provided complimentary drinks and snacks and the room included a capsule espresso machine and hot water kettle. The parking garage underneath was very convenient and the hotel is located very close to the MRT.

Wonderful hotel with very funky interior art deco. Felt like you were staying in a rainforest. Most staff speak English so communicating wasn’t a problem. 10 mins to get to most main attractions. Ubers and taxis both very cheap.

All the staff are extra helpful and service oriented. You can walk to the nearest train station (Taipei Arena) within 5 min. You can also reach the main shopping area (Eastern Taipei streets) in about 10-15 min. There’s plenty of local eateries around the hotel Airport is approx 40/45 min to the hotel. The hotel staff can help to arrange a taxi for you upon departure at a fixed rate of TWD1300

It is insanely gorgeous, the hotel’s design is like that of a 5-star hotel. Throughout our stay it was very quiet and the staff were very kind and helpful. For its price, it is a total steal. There is a 7 Eleven right in front of it and around the corner is a fruit market. It is very close to nice cafes and restaurants. If you are a big gym person the gym isn’t like a full out gym as it only has a couple treadmills, a rowing machine, an elliptical, and stationary bikes.

Spacious and convenient
Extremely spacious room with conjoined bedroom and bathroom areas which is actually very convenient. Also, hot water is instant so baths were nice with the complimentary himalayan bath salts.
