The service was really good, the bed was great, had a great time with my family, however most of the equipment are either too old or couldn't function, that's a bit minus tbh, still recommend to stay there, but they should clean the room more and get the tub fixed.

Business center is large and comfortable. Was of great use for 1am-3am zoom calls back to US office as my roommate was sleeping. Breakfast is okay. The deluxe rooms are large. Staff were helpful. Only issue, which is temporary, is they are demo and renovating entire 4th floor til late Dec2023. First day there was jackhammering that you could hear throughout the hotel and i was trying to sleep late due to my 3am zoom calls. Hotel staff were accomodating and moved me to highest floor and construction noise was much quieter. If they are not doing construction, i’ll stay again.

Legit hotel
We love this place, and it's our go-to spot when we stay in Taipei. It's not super geared toward tourists, but we know just enough of the language to make it work. Front desk staff speaks decent English as well. We enjoy the breakfast, good mix of American and Taiwanese food. Nearby are numerous convenience stores, restaurants, stinky tofu stands, a few grocery stores, shopping malls and MRT stops. Almost walking distance from Songshan Airport. From Taoyuan Airport take the Airport MRT (Purple) line and then transfer to green line at Taipei main station, go 2 more stops eastward.

Clean and good location hotel.
Check in was very fast. Location is accessible. Room is reasonably clean. The only issue is the blanket is too thick, was sweating through out the night. The weather was around 15 degree and the room air con was fixed at 25 degree. The blanket was not too thick that my legs are sweating everynight even with open windows. Dont bother using the gym, it is not well equipped. Bring your own shampoo and toothpaste as well. The hotel shampoos and toothpaste were not useful.

Delight Hotel is extremely conveniently located 2 blocks from the Taipei Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station. Hotel is quiet, clean and the staff are all very attentive, courteous and friendly. The breakfast is quite good, with mixture of traditional Taiwanese dishes but also has western food, salads, fruits, etc. This is 3rd time I've stayed in this hotel. The room price is quite cost-effective.

good price, good location, good staff
Friendly staff, they are helpful too. they will go all the way to help you. The room with twin beds is spacious and they even provide drinks ( bottled water and packaged drink) instant noodles in the room every day.The location is very convenient to MRT, eateries, and safe to walk around even late at night

old and small rooms but neat. staff has no idea of customer service as the hotel is mostly for locals. breakfast is average with no variety. biggest downside was the bed bugs.

Great stay for 2 week vacation
Excellent stay. Staffers were professional and courteous. Breakfast was very good, different variety each day. MRT station is conveniently located close to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and next time I visit, I will stay at this hotel again. Only downside, there is no clock in the hotel rooms.

Hospitable staffs, convenient location
It locates 2 stops from Songshang Airport, 3 minutes from the nearest station. Surrounded by Taiwanese breakfast dining and 7-11, I always choose without breakfast plan when I visit Taipei. This time, the booked room firstly smelled smoky where the hotel prohibited smoking, staffs quickly solved the problem. Recently room charge has increased everywhere in Taipei, though, I guess this hotel is reasonable.
