"The staff were welcoming and helpful. I found Derek to be the highlight there. He was efficient in helping with luggage, assisting us and very efficient in getting things done. No time wasted. The hotel has a great restaurant that’s really popular. I also liked the gender hot springs and vending machine. It’s close to a laundromat, pubic transit, 7-11 and many places to eat. Highly recommend and would come back again. "

"This property is so cute and trendy. Loved the city views from our room although I wasn’t a fan of how small the room was. If I didn’t carry such a large luggage, then this room would be great! The property is within walking distance of Taipei Main Station and Ximendeng shopping area. I would highly recommend this hotel if this is your first time staying in Taipei!"

"I love everything about this hotel. Staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast’s amazing with lots of selections, my 2 teenagers love it. Rooms are clean. Love the contactless delivery of fresh towels daily. Free supply of drinking water because I always try to stay hydrated while traveling. Love the Gym with different dumbbells weight selections for each muscle groups. Wish there’s barbells as well. Lots of eateries around neighborhood. And a night market. There’s a freshly handmade pineapple cake shop just around the corner. Will definitely come back here again. "
