"Hotel has aged quite a bit, most obvious was the bathroom/toilet tiles. but overall is still clean and check in/out was fast and hassle free. Location is excellent within walking distance to great food joints, special mention to chinese restaurant Congee, noodles and rice which serves good zhi char!"

The Peranakan-inspired décor is absolutely charming, with intricate details that reflect Melaka’s rich heritage, while the modern bathrooms provide all the expected amenities (though a small addition like cotton pads for makeup removal would be nice!). The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the heritage district, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions on foot. Service is warm and attentive, adding a personal touch to my stay. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the overall ambiance feels both cozy and elegant. A couple of things to note: WiFi can be weak at times, and while the hotel advertises on-site parking, spaces are quite limited. Also, there are no elevators, so be prepared for some staircase climbing. 😅 Overall, Heeren Palm Suites is a wonderful choice for those looking for a blend of heritage charm, comfort, and a prime location in Melaka! Would definitely stay again."
