Location (within 10 minutes walk to Jonker Street), clean, spacious, lights on bathroom mirror (convenient for make up), direct USB charger, nice bed and pillows and bolsters, water dispenser, friendly and helpful staffs, no smoking hotel! The hotel looks stunning in infrastructure on the outside, the swimming pool area looks super pretty and spectacularly decorated. Very nice to chill out at at night with no crowd and nice sitting area. The Premier room is huge and lovely to stay in but walls are thin haha. But the carpark is quite narrow and dated looking. Staff service is great though. Overall very nice stay. Location is good as well near many good food places.

It has been a wonderful 3D2N stay at the Imperial Heritage Hotel from 7 Aug – 9 Aug. The service was excellent and I would like to thank the staff for making my stay an enjoyable one, despite having to suffer a long jam at the causeway for over 8 hours that day with 3 kids in toll.
