"Had a pleasant stay at the Amari and was well taken care of by the staff. The aircon at room 1820 needs a little attention though as it is rather noisy at the lowest fan setting."

"Rooms were of good size and layout. External windows should be kept clean all the time. Now i am disturb by bad view out. When we stayed there, there was a fire alarm system activation. It has taken too long a time( about half an hour) to reset the system after i checked why it had taken so long to establish if there is any real fire condition. Appeared that the hotel had got no established s.o.p. for handling such false alarm. Or is it staff are not competent to hander emergencies. We are return at end of month to stay and it gives me some concern. Hope this shortfall in standards can be resolved asap. Hope this feedback helps. Staff were great. Best rgds. Thank you."
