I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. "

"The bedsheets, pillow sheets and towels have stains. The room also has an odour. Parking is NOT free (despite hotel stating its free) and you have to download the msia app and pay yourself. The toilet was also poorly ventilated. We have to checkin using machine outside the hotel. When we approach staff as we have issues with the booking reference after some time, she just give us a number to use the check in machine which is outside of the hotel. She could have just helped process our booking instead. There were many speeding motorists racing around the hotel area at night. However the hotel is well situated at Mount Austin and have good satay shop nearby. "

"Brought my parents for a short getaway. Love the environment, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staffs except for an incident where my mum asked the reception for directions and was told to open her maps and follow the GPS which I find it rude. As elderly parents, she asked as she was not sure but only to get that kind of response. Other than that, the stay was good."
