This is the hotel that I will never miss to reserve whenever I'm in Penang (even though it was only a night of stay in this trip), I've also introduced my friend to this hotel in the past which he used it for his proposal as I feel this is one of best hotel I've stayed in all my travelling to different countries. check-in, super fast. housekeeping, excellent. room comfortable and big enough for family of three. swimming pool, right size with depth just safe enough for kids. beach beside hotel with gentle waves. 10 minutes away from gurney plaza and food centre. mamak shop with delicious roti prata opposite and super nice seafood restaurant diagonally across. if lobby can have coffee for guests that would be perfect.

Nice hotel and location very convenient

The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. In particular, Kumar who was manning the front of the house and check-in was most accommodating and left an indelible impression on us with his generosity and making the stay most memorable.

Lovely resort close to the beach. The location is not really within walking distance anywhere but to the beach but there is a free shuttle daily and public bus stops in both directions right in front of the place.The staff were very friendly and professional, very responsive to questions and requests. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. Wifi is free if you sign up for the free Hilton membership which is a big plus.

Super new and posh, as expected. Everything was premium quality. Wouldn’t recommend for family stay (especially with young children) 2 things can be improved: bathroom door need label, we knocked head on the glass; when we asked for something delivered to the room, the staff came inside the room while we were all in the toilet, that was unpleasant.

We had a lovely stay there and the hotel is very nice, including the staff. Special thanks to May and Sandy for accommodating us and giving us directions. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a top notch stay

Stayed 5 nights, very friendly helpful staffs, excellent central location short walking distance to many Georgetown attractions and wonderful food.

We stayed here two nights (23+24 June 2014) while on a round trip in Malaysia. This hotel is pricey compared to the other hotels/B&B in the neighborhood, but its definitely worth the price. The hotel looks like the pictures and has very nice calm over it. Service is great, we didn't had a refrigerator in the room but they just put a mini refrigerator in the room since we had something to celebrate! Room is clean and spacious, with enough room for luggages. Walking distance to ferry, jetties and old town. Helpful reception staff.

Great location, nice beach and gardens (but sea near the shore is brown). Service is exceptional, from the waiters at the pool to the reception and breakfast staff. Great sunset views overlooking gardens, white beach and sea. We were upgraded to a suite which was very big and beautiful, with verandah deck and stunning views. Facilities and room were great, although it is under renovation.
