Breakfast was great. Easy check out. Check in 3pm unless you download the app and join the Sotetsu Hotels loyalty programme (free) and then you can check in at 2pm. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"The property is next to the mall, very convenience, lots of restaurants in the mall. The train station is not too far away and there is airport limousine bus station nearby the Ariake Garden mall (to and from Haneda). The cost per night is very reasonable."

"We really enjoyed our stay at IHG Tokyo Bay. We had an amazing view of the bridge and the bay from our room. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The property is clean. The breakfast menu offered both American and Japanese dishes. The surrounding area is filled with shops and restaurant yet it was not busy or crowded. This is a very good property for the affordability it also offers."
