Hotel locates in a walking distance to train station for Hanada airport. Also, around train station, there are quite a few local authentic restaurants. Not to mention the hotel offers excellent breakfast service. No wonder I see so many businesses people staying at this hotel for the reason of reasonable price and convenience.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and approachable. They were proficient in English so that was definitely a plus. The room itself looked slightly dated but still had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall it was a positive stay and I would come back.

Great hotel. I visit tokyo several times a year and always stay here. Shinagawa seaside train station just across the street, easilly connects to Shibuya, Shinjuku and just one line transfer to Handea airport and Disneyland. Aeon supermarket across the street. Cheap food bento's available.

Train station is across the street. It’s about 30 minute train ride to Heneda airport. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is larger than average for Japan. We have three twin beds for our family of three. There’s a shopping complex across the street with many food options.

Pros: friendly staff, location from the subway station (Shinagawa Seaside), convenient store nearby, awesome water pressure despite of high floor (17th floor), decent room size considering the price, and the breakfast was good. Amenities are great, self-pickup station at 1st floor. Cons: Room cleanliness (it smelled a little bit bad from linen and towel, could've been better).
