BS and said no thanks gave her my cell phone and she said she would text me when the room is ready. Got on escalator and got text that our room was ready literally 2 minutes after I gave her my number. Felt like because we reserved the room through Expedia they were trying to punish us for not going directly through the hotel."

"Property is in the old part of downtown near freamoun street but still has issues with the homeless in the area but the staff and security do a great job of keeping them off the property staff is great only complaint I have is I wish they had more dinning especially for late night after 12am otherwise great hotel "
