"Check-in and concierge services were very friendly and helpful. We really liked the hotel and the suite. The only issue we encountered was the very inconsistent information regarding a late check-out. The day before our departure, we were told to ask again in the evening because the daily rate was not yet known. In the evening, we were then told that the hotel was fully booked and that we could only check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am. On the day of departure, we were once again informed that a late check-out was not possible. It was only when we spoke to a more experienced staff member that we learned a late check-out was in fact available for an extra charge. We happily paid this fee and were able to check out at 3 pm. This was very important for us as we were travelling with two small children and our flight to Europe was not scheduled until 10 pm. ⸻ "

"The hotel’s location is very convenient, within walking distance of Circular Quay. It also offers easy access to the light rail. With a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, it’s perfect for family trips with young children. The sofa bed made it comfortable for our family of three. The views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House are simply magnificent. One downside was the swimming pool, which is located on the upper floor. There were no lifeguards or staff present, and the lighting was dim. The water quality was poor, raising hygiene concerns. Although there are shower facilities, only one person can use them at a time. Towels are not provided, so guests must bring their own from the room, which is inconvenient. It’s better to enjoy swimming at Sydney’s beautiful beaches or outdoor pools."
