Nuestra habitación tenía una vista espectacular al mar, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial. El área del lobby es hermosa y muy elegante, y la piscina con esa vista al mar simplemente increíble. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de Cartagena. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue el servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. "Great hotel. Loved the air conditioning. Very excellent. Located in the central busy area. One issue there is a ticking sound periodically in the room it's annoying esp at night during sleep I think it might be coming from the fridge or the ac control. "
