The location is convenient, and the hotel offers good value for what you pay. The room was small, which is expected in Tokyo, but functional. The hotel provides some nice touches such as a welcome snack in the fridge and complimentary noodles in the evening (which many guests may appreciate). The check-in and check-out process is automated, but the staff were present and helpful when needed, which made the experience smooth. Breakfast was acceptable but relatively basic and the dining area was quite small. Compared to other hotels I stayed at during this trip, it was not a highlight. One area that could be improved is cleanliness. While the room generally appeared clean, the bedsheets did not feel as fresh as expected, which slightly affected my overall impression. "I found a bug crawling in my bed. Reported to the front desk right away. They couldn’t change the room for me. I have asked to at least change all my bedsheets & duvet. They only gave me the bedsheet & asked me to do it myself. "
