Approximately 3 minutes from the station, staff were very helpful and nice (like when I locked myself out of my room almost immediately after check-in), and room cleaning/service was fantastic.

It's very convenient for tourists especially who like using the public transportation. It's 5 minutes walk to Ayase Train Station. And the store of 7 eleven is at the next building.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, the rooms are small but have everything you need. There is a 7/11 right next to the hotel for food, as well as a small convince store in the hotel, that doesn’t charge outrageous prices. It’s also very close to Ayase station, which can get you just about anywhere, and isn’t very confusing or crowded. I loved the hotel and I love Ayase

The hotel is convenient to walk from many places. It’s 5mins from the subway, grocery stores and many food options. It is right beside a 711. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Staffs are mostly proficient in English which makes things extremely easy. The room is very clean albeit a little too small for couples- we barely had walking space after putting our luggage on the floor. Single travelers are still ok. The toilet is extremely small as well, but packed with amazing amenities. The water pressure was great! If I were to travel to Japan alone, I would definitely stay here again.
