Pros: comfortable bed Nice hotel staff Decent location Blackout curtains Quiet rooms Cons: tight space and very small rooms but that's what you get for Japanese style. Far enough walk to Shinjuku station (about 15 mins) so harder if you take the subway back from your hotel with luggage and drag it around in the city All in all it was a decent stay

The room was clean but tiny! Smaller than any New York hotel I’ve ever been in. The. Ed is pushed up against the wall so the person sleeping on that side has to crawl on and the other person barely has room on their side to walk to get into bedThere is probably 2 feet from the end of the bed to the wall so no room for luggage. The maid service did a good job. Front desk people were sometimes very helpful and other times quite rude. The location is great!

The overall experience was wonderful. The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and professional, location of hotel is a great hub to get around various areas with ease, and did a great job cleaning, providing basic essentials (towels, razor, toothbrush,.. etc).
