I love how close this hotel is to the subway station and I really enjoyed how quiet and safe it felt. Unfortunately I felt that the rooms were very small (which was expected) but it was quite difficult to get around the room. We made do with it. The worst part was when we downgraded to a small semi double. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room, so I tried to air it out by opening the windows. Otherwise our checkin and check out was quick and efficient. I also really appreciated the kindness of the staff and the ability to easily store our luggage!

The location is really convenient, two metro stations are in a few minutes walking distance. In the area are many restaurants, cafes and a few convenience stores. The Hotel is clean and has vending machines, ice dispensers and microwaves on a few Floors. The rooms themselves are small but you can still manage to open and close your suitcase. The rooms also have everything you could need, you technically don't have to bring your toothbrush, razor, shampoo and lotion. Overall very convenient and i would recommend! :)

Rooms are a little bigger than a closet but the value is in the hotel’s location…situated about 2 minutes from the Asakusa-Mitsue Station. The station has 4 metro lines running through it so you can travel efficiently to any must-see in Tokyo. The hotel is a great place to take a hot bath and shower and rest for the night. It’s what we wanted and fit our needs and budget. Bonus: the little Italian restaurant downstairs had a good wine selection and perfect for a night cap during our stay.

The single bed rooms are very small. Prepare to be shocked. But who cares right? You're not in Tokyo to hang out in your hotel room. And fear not, for the the hotel location is the best part of the APA hotel experience.

Great location, close walk to metro

Great location, it was my first time in Japan so I feel lucky to have picked a good location with easy metro access. The rooms are small, but that's no surprise. I didn't need much from the front desk, though I hope for a bit better English as I had some questions about getting a metro card. I would probably go for a double room next time, even as a solo traveler just for some added space, but overall, good solid pick!

Great place to stay near subway lines/stations at an affordable rate! The staff were very friendly. They also offer breakfast (for an extra fee), which made it easy to grab a bite to eat before the start of the day. The rooms are a bit tight for two people, I would say the rooms are a good size for a solo person in the room (considering needing space for luggage). Though overall a great stay!

The particular room we choose was very small, but very functional. If I had known though I would have upgraded to a larger room. Good size for one person but difficult for two. The room itself was very nice, bed and bedding was very nice. Shower and bathtub were great. The amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were excellent. Staff was very helpful and professional. Many restaurants and bars in walking distance. Train station very close.
