It’s our second time to stay here and we will come back! The location is great, with easy access to Ginza subway line and 10-15 mins walk to the Asakusa station

What a find!!! Rooms small but who cares? Most comfortable bed we had in Japan and by FAR the most economical place. Staff wonderful, bar/restaurant downstairs, close to metro and plenty of food options. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Highly recommended. Less than 5 minutes walk from Tawaramachi Station(Ginza Line). From Toei Asakusa Station Exit 2B (which serves both Narita & Haneda Airports) is less than 12 mintues walk. The reason you need to use Exit 2B is because this is the exit that has an elevator to go to street level. The hotel provides 24 hr coffee and juices at the lobby at a DIY corner. Easy access to everywhere in Tokyo using the Ginza Line. Many F&B outlets around but location is not over tourism. Walking distance to Asakusa and Kitchen Town. To ensure you get a good rate, book 6 months in advance like me.

Location and staffing was great. Cleanliness, however is poor. Can see the dust and dirt around the corners of the room and shower area. The room doors have gaps so you can hear everyone from the hallway, and walls are thin enough to hear the vacuum cleaning and cleaners. Additionally for those that have dust allergies or sensitivity to bedding/rooms, I would avoid this hotel if possible. The duvet sheet was too itchy for me to use. Luckily the hotel had provided thick blankets new from the cleaners, but this shouldn’t have been necessary in the beginning. Also I found bug bites where my allergic reactions to the sheets was; and I wouldn’t be surprised it was from being in the hotel bed.

Clean room, kind staff. Enough for two and a toddler the room we got and very close to the train station which is very important as well as several places to find food as well as close to one of the biggest shopping areas and temples around the area!

Here’s the updated Expedia-friendly review: 3/5 Room is extremely small - only enough space to open a medium or carry-on suitcase, with almost no walking space. Bathroom is tiny and outdated, feeling more like a camper van washroom, and could use some upgrades. Nice amenities and excellent location near tourist attractions and the Ginza Line station.
