Our room is actually big for 3 people compared to the other Ginza hotels we stayed before. It had space to walk around in the room and lay down the 3 suitcases. Bathroom is also in a decent size, however, there is an odd smell in the bathroom like sewage. Also, the air vent is on the ceiling right above the 3rd bed, the strong cold air blew directly onto my head when I was sleeping, which made it very uncomfortable and gave me headache.

The size and quality of room is a good deal considering being Yurakucho(8 min from Ginza). Perhaps this is because the restaurant and some facilities in the hotel are not opened yet (They can offer only bread and beverage at breakfast). If you don’t mind self-catering, the hotel is a worth considering. The public bath and sauna are spacious and clean.

Extremely convenient location, and practically located next to one of the livelier areas in Ginza. There was no desk in our room but the entire setting of the room is pretty unique in the corner and it was really lovely for my wife and me. If you are carrying suitcases, take Exit C3 from Ginza station and walk towards City Cafe, take the lift next to it to avoid carrying your luggage.

Was attracted because this is a new property in Ginza. But the level of service from the staff was disappointing (many people were often at reception but all had poor command of English and were very rigid with what they could help with). Water temperature of the shower kept fluctuating and the air conditioning is very slow to react, things not expected of a brand new hotel.
