Great location, close to a lot restaurants and store. Close to the Ginza line so its easy to get around. Clean facilities with friendly and helpful staff.

Two blocks from Asakusa open market. Awesome neighbourhood. Must visit. Jazz bar outside the hotel, but expensive cover charge. Budget friendly compared to Shinjuku and Shibuya.

Good central location in Asakusa especially for the festival. But the bed was unforgivable, I have never slept on a bed that hard and uncomfortable. I did not sleep for three days while I was there and it resulted in me getting sick from lack of rest. They had laundry which stated that the front desk could give change but they never had any change and just directed me to use the vending machine in front of the building. Check in and out was smooth. The room we had was advertised for at least two people but we were tripping over each other and unable to enter the room with the door open at the same time. No way two people could stay there comfortably. I wish I would’ve just spent more money and got a comfier hotel.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was lovely! Keep in mind you’re in Asia, so things will be a bit different. Asian size rooms and Asian style beds.

Beautiful interior and rooms - small but perfect for me as a solo traveler. The bed was very hard but did the job, and fresh bathrobe, slippers, and a bottle of water were provided every time I had my room serviced. There is coin laundry and vending machines on the lobby floor. Friendly, helpful staff, provided storage for my bags after checkout on the last day since my flight was not until the evening. Can’t say enough about how great the location is, too!! Very short walk to the restaurants, shopping, shrines, temples and other beautiful parts of Asakusa, as well as walking distance to a few different train/subway stops. Everything about this place was amazing!!
