Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us navigate the trains and we purchased day passes from them. The two restaurants were very good. Great location! Close to trains, restaurants, the Samurai museum and the Senso- ji Temple.

The hotel is conveniently located in Asakusa and near a Ginza line station. The Senso-ji temple is within walking distance and the Skytree in Oshiage is close by. Rooms were clean and comfortable but definitely on the smaller side. Staff were friendly and helpful and knowing Japanese was really handy but they are able to communicate in English.

Great location! Close to 2 metro stations, lots of restaurants around that's walkable. Right near Sensō-ji and Kaminarimon Gate. Rooms are the usual small space, this is an older building so the rooms and bathrooms may seem a bit outdated. About every other floor has an ice machine or vending machine. The 2nd floor is a chinese restaurant and the first floor connects to a meat restaurant and is the breakfast area for the hotel guests.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. There was a decent amount of options for breakfast. (I chose the Japanese breakfast at the restaurant with the cow on 1F. It was tasty.) There are local Asakusa food souvenirs at the reception area. I didnt try out the free drink. Locationwise, it's close enough to Tawaramachi Station that getting to the Hotel and going elsewhere was easy.

Amazing stay! More spacious than other hotels that we were looking for. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to guest. Central location and close to our favourite 7 elevens and family marts. What more can you ask for?!
