Cleanliness and staff is so professional. Convenient location: 2 mins walking from 2 train stations. Separate Room for microwave and washer dryer. Free lockers for early check in or check out . Coffee shops, patisserie bakeries only 200meters away. 7-eleven only 2 mins walking only. 2mins walking to main street all kind of restaurants and shops

Great hotel and a great stay. We picked this one for it's adjacency to Tokyo Station and Hanaeda airport. Perfect for both. Really great room for the price. All hotels should provide a foot massager and a clothes refresher in the rooms. This was great.

Was super quiet. We got a Tokyo tower view room and it was well worth it. The view was amazing and we were on the top floor. Highly recommend.

I only stayed for one night and it was OK, the robots you check in with are kinda spooky, to be clear there are no actual people at the check-in you do the whole thing online and then scan a QR code and get your key card, so it's fast but I don't think it's for everyone.

If you don’t need any help with staff, it would be great to stay there. Most things are that you have to do by yourself eg. check-in and out. The neighborhood is very convenient and quiet.

Is a small hotel but super small. Is a decent facility if you want to explore tokyo. Great view of the tower and close to plenty of food restaurants , the train station, parks And temples ypu would like to visit . Dont expect it to be a big hotel room. Is small but convenient for the price they charge .

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a family of 3. We stayed at the top floor with wonderful view of the Tokyo Tower. It came with a very large ensuite with dedicated shower room as well. The hotel was close to many major train lines including the versatile JR Yamamoto line. The checkin and checkout with the robot concierge were quite smooth and easy as well. We would stay again on our next trip to Tokyo.

The robots are reception are fun (they don't interact much but they are life like) We had a room on the 13th floor with a fantastic view of the Tokyo tower. Like most hotel rooms in Tokyo the room was quite small but all the amenities we're good and there was a massive TV screen. Easy access to the harbour ares and great views of the rainbow bridge. Trains to Odaiba. JR lines and metro all within easy reach and lots of nearby restaurants.

very close to Hamamtsucho Station

Although the mannequins at the front desk are eyebrow raising - if you have questions or need any assistance, someone will come out to help. Very conveniently located especially if you are flying into Haneda Airport. For 492 JY, the airport monorail will take you directly to Hamamatsucho Station (aka Daimon Station). For Japanese hotel rooms, they are surprizingly pretty spacious.Convenience store and pharmacy at the end of the block. quite a few eateries close by including one in the lobby. Same day luggage storage area available.

Our room was clean but really small (12m2) We travelled with two big lugagges and two small ones and had really problem to move in our room after we packed out our stuff. No closet for clothes, really small place for hygene article in the bathroom. Because there is absolutely no place for cabinet, would be praktical to install some hooks on the walls in the bathroom too. We had a room at the 12th floor with tower view, what (for me) didn't worth the extra fee for the room. We were there just for sleeping. In the hotel are two elevator, sometimes we needed to wait longer till one of them arrived to our floor, but the personal, who helped us with the check-in were really kind and helpfull. We used the washing machine and the dryer too. One Program costs 500 yen and 20 minutes dryer 200 yen. To make our clothes dry we needed 1 hours, but there is a practical drying cabinet in the room, what could made 3 piece of clothes dry in maximum 2 hours. That was cool. And there is a build in clothesline too in the bathroom. All together it was fine, i would book this hotel again in the future but without tower view.
