Hotel itself is centrally located in the posh Ginza district of Tokyo.. staff are great .. the room I had was very nice. .. don't expect much of a view due to the skyscrapers everywhere .. however the buffet breakfast was very underwhelming....very limited options .. and same thing every day with no variety... If it wasn't included in my rate I would not have paid the ¥2000 yen a day .. you can get a better breakfast at 7-11 for under ¥800.
Outstanding Hotel!!
Perfect location, blocks away from metro, great staff, super clean and spacious.
We’re going to continue staying in this hotel when traveling to Tokyo!!
Great hotel! Close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly. We didn't speak any Japanese but the staff were very helpful and was able to understand us. We also loved the free toiletries that we can pick up as needed by the front desk. Would stay again!
Excellent location, in the middle of everything in Ginza. Property is old and dusty. The cleaning is not thorough with linen old and stained. Only one pillow per bed. Staff is efficient and professional. It is a solid 2.5 stars. Very cramped for a triple with no place to walk. Heating and a/c not accurate.

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of Ginza, the hotel is literally a few steps away from the shops, lights and restaurants of the iconic Tokyo district. We were travelling with a toddler and were grateful to be so close to the subway line and various dining options (not to mention several Seven Elevens and Family Marts). Our room was on the small side, but that was on me for booking a smaller room. Would definitely recommend this hotel for the price point.
The location of the hotel is excellent; 5 min walk to Ginza station and close to shops and malls. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However the room is very small.
Great area located close to the Ginza Line. The hotel itself is tucked right beside the Ginza Six complex and has a great assortment of convenience stores around it. If you love shopping and your hands get full after all your purchases, the location is so convenient for you to drop off your bags and go back out to shop. Conveniently located close to the Ginza Line, but also a 7-10 min walk away from the JR Shimbashi station (for those using a JR PASS) property was very clean. Garbage was even removed from the room daily! The reception staff was very friendly and spoke english. Loved that they were eco friendly and had a section with amenities to pick from, rather than just having them in the rooms where if not used, would otherwise be thrown away. Overall great location would totally recommend!
