Clean quiet room, comfortable bed. No dining room but plenty of options to eat within 2 blocks. First night we ate across the street in a Chinese restaurant, horse sashimi, with soy sauce and wasabi, quite good.

There is no coffee in my room or downstairs. Most of hotels i stayed lately had free instant coffee ir coffee machine in the lobby. That made me feel bit of disappointed. Location was good 3 subway stations and two JR stations near by.

Good location, 10 minutes walk to Kanda Station. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, they helped us with luggage forwarding services between hotels, which was a great help to us. There are a few convenience stores nearby and also plenty of food options within 5 minutes walk. It is also a 15 minutes walk to the Akihabara area that has more shops, food options and arcades too. The room is small, so it can be difficult to move around if you have a lot of luggage and bags. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues or bad knees, the bathroom itself has a pretty high step to get in and out, in addition to the step to get into the bathtub. Overall had a good experience here as it was in a good central location, with great staff and at an affordable price.

The rooms are extremely small and the AC was not the strongest. Overall, it was extremely clean and had more amenities than I thought a small room could fit. Staff was friendly and helpful. The area was safe and we walked a various times at night without feeling unsafe or having any incidents

Everything about this hotel is very nice, the staff were pleasant and it had all the amenities we needed. The two issues were the bed and pillows weren't very comfortable, and there was occasionally loud traffic directly outside which made sleeping hard.
