We stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely worth it! It's in a perfect area very close to transportation and across the street there are tons of places to eat that close eat as well as convenient stores. The area is safe to walk around in even late at night and it's not loud. We got the deluxe single room and there was enough space for both of our suitcases and the bathroom had a deep tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Tokyo!

Typical Japanese hotel with the nice, but cosy rooms. However they do lose points for being the only hotel chain in Japan that we've stayed in that charges for luggage storage. For that reason, we would not choose this chain again.

The hotel is in a great location, directly across the road from a popular dining and shopping district and a couple of minute walk from Ueno station. Ueno park is lovely during Sakura season and also very close by. Cheaper than Shinjuku and Shibuya (about 35 minutes away by train) but still vibrant and lively. I’ve stayed here three different times now, and if I’m ever in Ueno again, I’ll likely pick the same place. The staff are always pleasant and professional and happy to help. The rooms are small, this is to be expected based on the location, but are always comfortable and clean.

We stayed 2 nights in the twin bedroom which is very spacious. We can open 2 large luggages and still have a wide hallway. The staff speak fluent English and the location is perfect! 5 minutes from JR Ueno. I will definitely come again on my next visit.

Hotel wing is a perfect place to stay as it handles all space available as best as possible. It is comfy, easy to access and has a lot of places near. A great option to choose.

We booked a three bedroom but the bed is too wide which is side by side while the room size is the same as the twin bedroom. We cannot open the luggage and the hallway is too narrow. Other than that, the location is perfect which is close to everything.

The hotel location is close to Ueno busy area. It is walkable to Keisei and JR station. The stuff is helpful. There is a lounge at 2/f that you may gather and have free drinks.

The staff was very helpful for the most part. I was very disappointed that when I left a neck travel pillow in the room by accident, they said it wasn't found and they could not ask the person cleaning the room about it. The hotel was very convenient and in a good area for dining options, shopping and walkable, close to transportation.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at the Wing for a week during our first visit in Tokyo. First the location is perfect. We were close to Ueno station, Ueno Park and local restaurants. The staff didn’t speak much English but was very friendly and helpful nonetheless. The room was expectedly small but we made it work. The shower room was very convenient and room was clean with a simple and organized setup. The price was also very reasonable.

A clean very room. Centrally located near the Metro and very close to a ton of restaurants. The room was very small but that is I believe typical for that price range. I highly recommend for the price
