The staff were very kind and were always available to help. My room had a slight problem with the toilet which was making some noise and they offered to switch rooms. I turned it down as it was still quiet enough to not notice through the air conditioning.

Hotel location is great. 2 minutes walk to the nearest station and located in central Tokyo area making it accessible wherever we wanted to go. Room itself was a bit small, had to do a bit of maneuvering for 2 suitcases but complete toiletries was provided. Service was exquisite but really the best part if the location.

This is a budget friendly, no frills type of place! We didn’t have high expectations to be quite honest as it was only for a brief stay and it was a lower cost, but we enjoyed it more than expected! The place looks a bit old and although our room/bed was small, everything else was great for the most part. They have a small table for amenities like a toothbrush, hairbrush, etc. The area is nice and is nearby popular restaurants (so you can line up early easily!) and also near large department stores. They are also partnered with Yamato luggage transport and they were nice enough to help fill out the forms for us. I will say that some staff were more friendly than others… but overall, a good stay!

I didn't like the giant step up for the bathroom and I definitely didn't enjoy the fact that there was no free television. To watch tv you had to pay on a daily basis.

I really love staying at this hotel. The location is super close to the subway station. You can walk from Tokyo station ( the biggest station in Tokyo) to the hotel by foot only 15 minutes. You should do that if you have lot of luggage because some subway don't have elevator. The staff are very nice and helpful. They clean up the room everyday. Even if you don't put on the sign clean up, they still put 2 bottles of waters in your room, which is very nice. Furthermore, after you check out and you still have lot of time before your flight, you can ask the receptionists to leave your luggage at the hotel and come back to pick them up. The surrounding areas have lot of restaurants and cute coffee shops around. I would recommend for anyone who visit Tokyo for the first time. The only thing I don't like is the room is smaller than the picture, but it's okay because I spend most of my time travelling and only go back at night. 10/10
